The M12 connector is part of the M-type family of circular connectors (M5 through M12) identified by the diameter of its outer threads. Standardized to IEC-61076-2-101, they are a highly versatile product type.
The 4-20 mA Output Sensors with M12 Connector are waterproof and can be hosed down when using the proper cable connector assemblies, such as our CMCP605M M12-Style Sensor Extension Cables.
