The CMCP776A is a compact, high mounting resonance IEPE Accelerometer. It's usable frequency range of up to 23 kHz reaches into the Ultrasound band, so it was named the Ultrasound Accelerometer.
IEPE stands for Integrated Electronics Piezo-Electric (piezoelectric accelerometer with integral, built-in electronics).
