The CMCP209K Mounting Pad Adhesive Kit includes the Quick Cure Adhesive CMCP209 (LOCTITE® 3092) and 30 Mounting Pads (CMCP200E or CMCP200C).
CMCP200E: Accelerometer Adhesive Mounting Pad 3/8" Thick 1/4"-28 UNF Partially Threaded.
CMCP200C: Cementing Pad, 1/4" Thick, Male 1/4-28 Stud.
The CMCP209 is a 2-part instant adhesive that is ideal for installing accelerometer mounting pads without the need of machining. The CMCP209 is capable of bonding porous surfaces or areas where there may be gaps up to 0.2” (5mm). The gel consistency prevents adhesive flow, even on vertical surfaces, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting hold. Best results are achieved when used with the mixing nozzles provided but the 2-part adhesive can be mixed manually if necessary.
